CHAPTER 3: SWOT Analysis
Strength
The Chicken Ati-Atihan has the most and unique taste flavor chicken. Most of the Filipino people craving for it. Their restaurant is big enough for their customer to come by and eat. Lots of tourist also visiting , as it is very native- The design, the ambiance, the decor and etc. The style of eating is usually the traditional style of the filipino "using hands only" (but it is optional).

Weakness
Chicken Ati-Atihan restaurant has it own strengths but weakness as well. They do not have enough parking lot for the customer and do not have enough entertainments.

Opportunity
The said restaurant is situated at the Center of the City, in front of the tourist apot, the so-called-plaza carnival, in the Church and easy to find out by the people.

Threat
Chicken Ati-Atihan Restaurant has a very big competitor which is the Mang Inasal, Pedros Lechon Manok, and Chooks to go.

CHAPTER 4: Chicken Ati-Atihan Restaurant Pricing

General Pricing

The pricing of Chicken Ati-Atihan Restaurant is based on what the customers order, based on the menu list and it is a la carte style of charge. Starts from 60php - 120php only.


Package Pricing

Their package pricing is usually applied in the premise for occasion such as Birthdays, Conference , Wedding and etc. They usually using banquet service and Buffet service during the off-premise catering. Whatever the list in the their menu is all in their like they have packages in which they consist for example of 2 sets package of Beer, 4 sets of viands with set rice and non-alcoholic beverages for the cost of RM250 ++, depends on the Set of Package that the customer will choose.


CHAPTER 5: Chicken Ati-Atihan Restaurant Marketing Plan


Their marketing plan is to train the all the staff to serve and fulfill the guest expectations. The staff are mentally alert by the mood swings of the customers. Lack of commitment from employees can be harmful to an organization.

also advertise in the internet and giving some flyers to recognize more their restaurant. The restaurant is quite expensive so they create some promotions like discounts and the “buy one free one” basis to attract their future customers.
